What are equivalency credits?
Equivalency credits are utilized to help students complete high school graduation requirements. All programs at Cascadia Tech offer successful completers at least 1.5 Occupational or Elective credits per semester towards their high school graduation requirements. All programs also offer  equivalency credit options for other content areas. These areas include; Science, English, Health, Art, Math, History, and PE. For a student to earn an equivalency credit they must successfully pass the program and equivalency portions of the curriculum and earn full credit for two consecutive semesters. Please see the attached document that outlines the equivalency credits each program offers in addition to elective credits.
