We will deliver, set up, and install a composition roof.  Delivery dates are to be scheduled first come, first serve (once shed is paid for).  Delivery during summer session only (see Cascadia Tech’s website for dates).   Reasonable driving distance from school and safe area for students to work is necessary.   It is the responsibility of the buyer to level the ground under the shed prior to delivery.  There are various ways, however most use concrete blocks.  The shed should be approximately 3 feet away from any other object, i.e., house, fence, shrub, etc.  This is to ensure enough room for people to move the shed walls into position, nail corners and trim, and set up ladders, however, knowing your local codes and CCR as far as required distances is the home owner’s responsibility.   It is also to provide room for future painting and maintenance.   There needs to be a minimum net clean path of 4 ft for delivery.  The pieces are moved into position vertically, so there cannot be low hanging trees, roof eves, etc.  There needs to be a minimum height of 9 feet. This is to be able to maneuver the parts of the shed to set up area.
