Construction Technology year 2 students are busy weather proofing the house. The students install a weather-resistant barrier known as house wrap. It prevents moisture from getting into the wall assembly.
Help us celebrate our 2022-2023 ASB Council and our Campus Advocates! They enjoyed an end of the year party today!
We have students from each of our programs that serve as ASB representatives and Campus Advocates. Each student serves for one year.
The purpose of the ASB Council is to aid and guide Cascadia Tech Academy leadership organizations in those activities which will lead toward progress and to uphold the Cascadia Tech Academy Mission, Vision, Beliefs and Outcomes.
Our Campus Advocates offer a peer to peer connection to potential students during Sophomore presentations, campus tours and orientation.

Feminine Hygiene Products Should Not Be a Privilege!
For many women and girls experiencing homelessness and/or poverty, having a period is a nightmare, since feminine hygiene products cannot be purchased with food stamps and are extremely expensive for women with limited or no means.
Throughout the month of February, Cascadia Tech Academy HOSA students partnered with Share to host the “Every 28 Days” campaign product donation drive. Our students participated in this drive to raise awareness for the increased need of feminine hygiene products.
What a success! Our bin is completely full of donations with a total of 1,082 feminine hygiene products donated. A special “Thank you” needs to go out to our own Automotive Program for their generosity and support of this great cause.
Dental students had the opportunity to "Greet & Seat" with Lily and the giggles were infectious. This was a great pediatric learning opportunity.
Enjoy your 3 day weekend! Classes will resume on Tuesday, February 22.
