The holiday season is upon us, and what better way to celebrate than to give back to a local organization supporting students with the knowledge and skills to lead a successful life, and career. Join us at Live Fit Studios for a workout benefiting Cascadia Tech Academy, who are serving students right here in SW Washington. You’ll have two classes to choose from: 9:00 am - Full Body Strength 10:00 am - Core and Conditioning In lieu of a class registration fee, we ask all participants to bring a minimum donation of $25 (cash or check made out to Cascadia Tech Academy Foundation).
